Naizrah Care Ltd trading as Hope Lodge is managed and run by well experienced professionals who are available to provide care and support 24 hours a day. Staff have a range of qualifications, experience and expertise in special care and nursing.
Resident Care Plans
Residents care plans is formulated in partnership with the resident, key worker, management and outside agencies that may include statutory agencies who are involved with care for the resident.
The resident’s care plan will be reviewed at regular intervals to check whether objectives are being met or when ever the circumstances of the resident change. Staff will be available to support and provide practical assistance in any rehabilitation programmes that the resident may be taking and competent to carry out.
